HOW TO USE NEW LIFESTYLES TYPES OF SENIOR LIVING AND CARE ACTIVE ADULT COMMUNITY Usually offer a choice of spacious homes rather than apart ments often with a clubhouse in which a variety of activities are planned for residents. Monthly fees may cover service such as housekeeping and maintenance, but meals are usually not included. ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY A community providing personal services, which may inclu individual assistance with/ or supervision of medication and assistance with daily activities.
