We welcome the opportunity to assist individuals recovering from an illness, injury or surgery who no longer needs to be hospitalized but are not ready to return home. Our medical team includes: physicians, nurse practitioners, physical, occupational and speech therapists, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, dieticians. Our caring team works together providing each resident with an individualized plan of care that meets their unique needs and maximizes their strengths to facilitate returning home. St. Johnland's 24-bed subacute unit offers intensive rehabilitation services for our patients. Our skilled physical, occupational and speech therapists work one-to-one to assure a swift recovery. The expanded rehab team of physicians, nurses, social workers and other professionals provide every opportunity for patients to regain their health.
