Also may provide assistance with medications, bathing and dressing, etc. Residents are required to make a path to safety unassisted. A licensed Nursing Home Adminstrator is required for RCF*/RCFII. Communities and centers offering specialized programs for people with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of memory loss. Communities and/or Centers specifically licensed to provide health care and services involved in managing complex and potentially serious medical problems. Includes providers of licensed health care services in the home and companies that provide non-medical assistance with such tasks as bathing, dressing, meal prep. and transportation. Hospice care may be provided in the home or a senior care community. Services can include pain management and a variety of emotional, spiritual and physical support issues. Various programs provide a range of geriatric day services, including social, nutrition, nursing, and rehabilitation. INDEPENDENT LIVING ASSISTED LIVING RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES MEMORY CARE NURSING CARE HOME CARE HOSPICE DAY CARE APARTMENTS Independent living units with age requirements. Meal service, activity programs and services usually aren't included in the monthly rent. Respite Care provides family members a time of relief from the constant everyday care of an elderly person. Short-term stays, normally in a nursing or assisted living facility. RESPITE Facilities approved to provide inpatient Rehabilitation Services (physical, occupational, speech, respiratory, etc.). Usually a short to intermediate stay, following hospitalization. REHABILITATION CENTERS Home Health Care companies with a state license (waiver) to provide Alzheimer's care in your home.
