Our Social Day Center services individuals 55 years and over who need care, companionship, or supervision during the day. We provide a continuum of services while maintaining a high level of care. Our six-day Medical Model program is designed to provide for the needs of those who have physical, cognitive or psychological conditions requiring supervision and monitoring. The Social Model offers seniors enriching socialization and stimulating activities to promote the maximum level of cognitive and emotional ability in a caring environment to maintain a better quality of life.
