Our Fast Track Unit cares for the more medically complex patient, IV nursing care, cardio-pulmonary care and intensive rehabiliation. In-house dialysis. MAP #53 NeuroRestorative provides specialized post-acute neurorehabilitation including physical, occupational and speech therapies through options of either inpatient or outpatient programs. Both programs offer intensive rehabilitation for up to 6 hours Monday through Friday. Participants are also involved in community re-integration opportunities.
