Pepita cottage offers all of the Cottages specialties: Music, Art, Aroma, Exercise programs and excellent nursing care. Daily walks and Bingo are a big hit in the Pepita Cottage. As with all of the cottages, Mission Viejo has new bidet toilets to help prevent urinary tract infections. It also has the "living air" system. It is dedicated to older adults who are alert, oriented and who enjoy independence. It is professionally decorated and has all private suites with private bathrooms. The residents enjoy singing Karaoke, arts and crafts. They love Memories in the Making art classes, art therapy, music therapy, aroma therapy and they love pets.
