I want to take the time to write this note and express how my husband and I feel about where my Mom has been
staying at Elite. We are extremely pleased with the quality service provided to her. The caregivers are outstanding
as they provide excellent care for Mom. We are very well satisfied. We are very fortunate that Mom is living at
such a wonderful facility. Every time when I visit Mom, she always has a smile on her face. I especially appreciate
the way the staff treats Mom in such a kind, caring, compassionate, and considerate manner. The staff there is so
patient with my Mom. Lastly, we are very satisfied to know that Mom has a consistent and safe atmosphere. The
care at Elite has been excellent. From the bottom of my heart, I know that Mom is in the right place and choice of
this facility. The key word at Mom's house is care!
