Our Day Support Center
is a community-based
facility that provides
services to the disabled,
chronically ill, frail, and
elderly, as well as participants diagnosed with
Alzheimer's disease. Our enrolled individuals have
access to services that they need through activities
that support each person as a unique individual
during their time at the center. 3,800 sq. ft of service
space able to render daily services that meet the
requirements of a therapeutic setting.

Park Springs Adult Day
programs offer weekday
programming, as well as
reservation-required overnight
respite care for seniors living at
home (based on availability).
Adult Day participants engage in stimulating,
enjoyable activities in a secure and gracious setting.
They enjoy delicious Park Springs meals and
appropriate recreation and enrichment. Adult Day
and Respite programs provide essential support and
an occasional break for home-based caregivers,
spouses and adult children.
