Salude is Atlanta's only facility dedicated exclusively
to short-term transitional rehabilitation care. We
provide exceptional care in 64 all-private suites in a
state-of-the-art environment. We offer rehab by Aegis
Therapies® 7 days a week. Our unique "transitionist"
clinical model utilizes a hospital-experienced Medical
Director, has embedded nurse practitioners and
community nurse practitioners for home visits after
discharge. The average length of stay at Salude is less
than most traditional skilled nursing facilities. Over 96%
of our patients return to a home setting after discharge.

We serve clients throughout the
metro-Atlanta area and in more than 34 counties in
north Georgia. Some of the services include low
vision evaluations, independent living skills training,
vision loss counseling, access technology training, and
