Conveniently located next to Baylor Scott and White– Carrollton, our newly reno - vated 31 bed rehabilitation unit includes all private rooms with therapy available up to seven days a week. We also specialize in long-term care, post-surgical care, IV therapy, post cardiac and wound care management. We accept a variety of payer sources including Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Insurances, VA benefits, Hospice and Private Pay. It's important to us that our patients, as well as their family members, feel loved, informed and comfortable during their stay at our facility.
