OT and ST with therapy services available 7 days a
week. The conditions we care for include Alzheimer's &
Dementia, Cardiac/CHF, COPD/Pulmonary,
Orthopedic, Stroke and Post-Surgical. Our long-term
care services include sheltered care (assisted living),
intermediate care and skilled nursing.
Compassionate, patient-centered care is the
cornerstone of our services. Rehabilitation and
therapy services are available 7 days a week.
Complex medical services delivered by a caring
team of multi-disciplinary professionals with 24 hour
RN coverage. Short-term rehab, post-hospital rehab,
skilled nursing care and long-term stays available
