Gina was nominated by the Alzheimer's Association as "Caregiver of the year" 2010. Cottage V has a beautiful sun room for private TV time or family time. Congratulations for receiving 100% in their state survey. Staff has been trained by the Alzheimer's Association of Orange County. Member: Residential Care Resource Network Anthony Tizon, our cottage VI manager has been caring for Irvine Cottage residents for over 14 years! He is an excellent caregiver who dedicates every day to making his residents feel extra special! Ruth, one of our residents, describes Anthony: "He is caring 100% of the time; I don't know how he does it. We love him." Our residents love Music, Art and sitting outside on their beautiful patio. Maslow has a 0% turnover of staff and all of the caregivers receive monthly training by the Alzheimer's Association of Orange County. Member: Residential Care Resource Network Cypress Tree offers music, dance, exercise and pet therapy. The living air classic and aroma therapy program make this cottage inviting for friends and family. Our house managers are also dedicated to excellent skin care and exercise and have received training from the Alzheimer's Association of Orange County along with weekly training by a nurse administrator. Residents enjoy walks to the park and viewing the peaceful, tranquil setting in the back yard. Cottage 12 boasts of an amazing care staff with Tess as the manager. Tess is a retired middle school math teacher who truly loves and adores every resident along with their family. Cottage 12 has awake night staff as well as art and massage therapy once a week, music therapy twice a week and exercise is practiced daily.
