We are dedicated to providing services that improve and enhance the lives of older adults with disabilities, persons with dementia or related disorders, and their families. Services include case management, transportation, nutritious meals and snacks, group exercise, physical, occupational and speech therapies, nursing supervision, medication management, counseling, therapeutic activities, and caregiver support groups. The following is a comprehensive list of area licensed Adult Day Care facilities. The ADC list was provided by the California Department of Social Services-Community Care Licensing Division website. Adult Day Care (ADC) facilities provide programs similar to what might be provided by a state licensed assisted living community. The CBAS list was obtained from the California Department of Aging website. Community-Based Adult Services (CBAS) offers services to eligible older adults and/or adults with disabilities to restore or maintain their optimal capacity for self-care and delay or prevent inappropriate or personally undesirable institutionalization.
