Senior Care Windcrest is a 180-bed facility which has
earned a reputation for its excellent nursing care and
comprehensive rehabilitation services. Our licensed
nurses are trained to provide 24/7 nursing care,
including post-operative recovery care, wound care,
pain management, IV therapy and more. Our
rehabilitation services include physical, occupational
and speech therapy programs. The Crescendo at
Windcrest, our 18 Private Suite Unit, is NOW OPEN
for those patients needing short-term rehabilitation
between hospital and home.
Whether it's short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing,
long-term care or respite care, Senior Care of Wurzbach
can fit your nursing needs. We offer an Abri Memory
Care Unit to care for those with Alzheimer's Disease
and other dementia related disorders. Our skilled staff
manages IV care, wound care, enteral nutrition, and
