Mesa Vista Inn Health Center is a 144-bed facility that
provides state-of-the-art rehabilitation with 24-hour
skilled nursing services in beautiful surroundings. With
ample space and the latest equipment, Mesa Vista Inn
can meet the need for short-term rehabilitation so a
resident can quickly return to home or for more complex
rehabilitation and care. Our services include physical,
occupational and speech therapy programs, social
services and a full daily activity program. We participate
in Part A & B of Medicare, private insurance, Medicaid
and respite care programs, as well as participating HMOs.
Mystic Park is a state of the art nurs ing and
rehabilitation center that provides individualized
medi cal rehabilitation. Our group of trained
professionals meet the needs of each resident and
take pride in providing a friendly and caring
atmosphere. Mystic Park provides 24-hour nursing
care as well as wide range of rehabilitative services.
