Hospice is a philosophy of care, which enables patients
and their families to make choices about care in life's
final stage. Patient and family needs are met, using a
team approach. Christian Care Hospice Team consist
of physicians, nurses, social worker, therapists,
dietician, chaplain, bereavement counselor, and
volunteers. Our professionals schedule visits based on
the needs of the patients. Hospice nurses are on call
24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer questions
and address any concerns with our patients.
