Home Health Care (HHC) generally means a provider is Medicare Certified, services are physician ordered and provided by licensed personnel. Home health care agencies may service several cities and counties that surround their physical location. Due to space limitations in this directory, these agencies will be listed alphabetically under the city where they are located. Personal Assistance Services (PAS) agencies contract with licensed agencies to provide personal assistance services to mentally competent clients with physical disabilities who are willing to supervise their attendant or have someone who can supervise the attendant.
