DuBourg House is an affordable Assisted Living
Facility located in south St. Louis City next to
beautiful Frances Park. Monthly fees include 24 hour
supervision, medication administration, and 3
nutritious meals per day, laundry/housekeeping
services, scheduled medical transportation, activity
and spiritual services. All denominations accepted.
Mother of Perpetual Help offers Mass six days
a week. We provide 24 hour nursing oversight and
medication distribution. Wellness programs are
provided on campus as a part of our continuum of
care. Our activity schedule offers a variety of options
such as exercise class, shopping trips and sporting
events. Meals are a balance between home style and
