protective environment but choose to remain in the
community. Our six-day Medical Model program is
designed to provide for the needs of those who have
physical, cognitive or psychological conditions
requiring supervision and monitoring. Services include
nursing and rehab, social work, wellness, assistance
with ADL. The Social Model offers seniors enriching
socialization and stimulating activities to promote the
maximum level of cognitive and emotional ability in a
caring environment to maintain a better quality of life.
