New to Canterbury is the addition of 35 private skilled nursing and rehabilitation short-stay beds on two floors for patients requiring a shorter stay for strengthening before going home. These units are part of UPMC Rehabilitation Institute. Nestled in the distinguished Squirrel Hill neighborhood of the city of Pittsburgh, Heritage Place, a part of UPMC Senior Communities, boasts clean Georgian architecture, and its neatly landscaped yard extends a warm invitation to come inside.
