following a serious illness or injury. The rehabilitation
services offered at Deer Creek of Wimberley include
physical, occupational, speech, respiratory and wound
care therapies and more. Most people come to Deer
Creek for short-term rehabilitation after orthopedic sur -
gery. Others come for rehabilitation following a stroke,
surgery, illness or an accident. We have a dedicated out-
patient clinic that can be utilized for patients following
a short-term stay or without a prior stay at all.
