Our small facility is designed to provide a safe and
comfortable environment for individuals with
Alzheimer's disease and related memory disorders.
Our staff of trained professionals assists residents in
maintaining their independence. Our goal is to ensure
their quality of life by minimizing the debilitating
effects of dementia and creating a therapeutic
environment.
Retama Manor Nursing Center/Pleasanton South is
located in the rural, friendly town of Pleasanton,
Texas located just 30 minutes south of downtown
San Antonio. We offer 24 hour Skilled Nursing Care,
which includes Physical, Occupational and Speech
Therapy. An Alzheimer's Care Unit is also available
for residents needing a safe and secure environment.
Van transportation provided for all residents within
the local Tri-City area.
