Home Health Care (HHC) generally means a provider is Medicare Certified, services are physician ordered and provided by licensed personnel. Home health care agencies may service several cities and counties that surround their physical location. Personal Assistance Services (PAS) agencies contract with licensed agencies to provide personal assistance services to mentally competent clients with physical disabilities who are willing to supervise their attendant or have someone who can supervise the attendant.
