In an effort to expand the services that have been a
tradition in this Northeast Texas community, Honey
Grove Nursing Center offers an 18-bed Special Care
Unit for residents with Alzheimer's and Related
Dementia. A uniquely designed activity/dining room
provides residents with well planned activities as well
as encouraging continued independence.The safety of
our gently secured unit ensures comfort for families
and loved ones. A family support group meets the
fourth Tuesday of each month and is open to the
community.

take care of an individual who is at risk for wandering,
so at Hurst Plaza we provide a serene environment
geared towards caring for individuals who may
wander. Our secured unit allows our residents to move
freely in the least restrictive environment. In addition,
we provide delicious meals, activities, and "cozy
areas" for those special visits. We encourage you to
