Center has been a pioneer from
inception in providing dignified
and considerate care for people
with Alzheimer's and related
dementia disorders. Our residential
services are offered in five household suites. Each
household is designed and staffed for residents at a
particular stage of dementia, from early stage to
highly-skilled care. We provide the expert care you
need around the clock, for one all-inclusive rate.
West Side's private suites have
spacious accommodations
including LCD TV's and private
phone lines. We offer *24 hour
skilled nursing care, long term
care, on-site physical,
occupational, speech, wound, respiratory and IV
therapy. Our short term Rehabilitation offers
One-On-One therapy with goals catered specifically
to each patient to ensure a quick recovery and return
home! Long term care beds are available.
