Legacies at Pacifica Senior Living
Green Valley is an intimate 45 unit
community offering personalized
memory care for those living with
Alzheimer's, dementia and other
memory impairments. Our
separate, secured memory care community offers a
comfortable setting, 24-hour safety supervision, and
daily programs to enhance resident engagement.
Residents also enjoy the beautifully landscaped outside
area designed especially for their safety.
With only 10 beds per facility, our three Alzheimer's
and Dementia Care Facilities provide a home-like
environment. We provide: home-cooked meals,
furnished rooms, activities, hair and nail care,
incontinent products, and items for daily living. Our
staff is professionally trained to provide personal care
for residents whose physical needs are complicated by
Alzheimer's and related dementia's. We take pride in
meeting all of our resident's individual needs with all
the comforts of home.
Our facilities are located in a single family, residential
neighborhood and are designed to foster a feeling of
dignity in a home-like environment. We are committed
to a living, loving, and learning atmosphere. With only
10 beds per facility we bring residents, family, and
staff together through integrity, teamwork and service.
With small groups we provide home cooked meals
individualized patient care plans and a stimulating
environment that keeps our residents happy and
healthy.
Our two-bed Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Facilities
provide a home-like environment. We provide: home-
cooked meals, furnished rooms, activities, hair and
nail care, incontinent products, and items for daily
living. Our staff is professionally trained to provide
personal care for residents whose physical needs are
complicated by the need for round the clock care. A
24-hour on call RN is also available. We take pride in
meeting all of our resident's individual needs with all
the comforts of home.
