At Turlock Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, we
believe that there is a difference in skilled nursing
facilities. State-of-the-art modalities are used to enhance
the treatment of the residents. The use of electrical
stimulation, ultrasound, short wave diathermy, and
paraffin, along with other treatment techniques like
neuro-muscular stretch, joint mobilization, and thera -
peutic exercises are successfully used as approaches for
contracture management, wound healing, pain control,
and weakness. Turlock is one of the few facilities that
use Nautilus equipment designed for geriatric population.
