Legend Oaks Northwest Houston is a 125 bed skilled
nursing and long-term care facility serving the Cypress
Fairbanks and North Houston areas. Located near
Beltway 8 and West Road, as well as 290 and North
Gessner, we are proud to serve the seniors of the

Hwy 249. This Medicare and Medicaid facility offers
post acute rehabilitative services in a large, open gym
with advanced modalities for Physical, Occupation al
and Speech Therapy needs. Our focus is Transitional
Care, where short-term rehab patients receive tai lor ed
thera pies to accommodate their special needs, re sulting
in a successful discharge back to the commu nity. We
also provide semi-private rooms for Long Term Care.
