We are committed to realizing the promise of rehabilitation and improving quality of life, which shows in everything we do. Specialized comprehensive rehabilitation programs include: Stroke rehabilitation, Joint replacement rehabilitation and CHF/Cardiac rehabilitation. We offer a variety of healthcare options within a vibrant 55+ gated community in an environment with a Christian philosophy of care. Wound care, pain management and IV therapy are offered to short-term and long-term stay residents in a dignified and caring manner. Acute Rehab houses a therapy gym, private dining room, a sun porch, and a comfortable lounge area. Therapy is available 7 days a week and physician visitation is provided at least 3 days per week or more if necessary. Outpatient therapies also available.
