The Brandman Centers for Senior Care, A Program of
All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), serves
qualified seniors (age 55 and older) in the San Fernando
Valley who need coordinated medical care to continue
living safely and independently in their own home.
BCSC coordinates and provides all needed medical
care (including dental, hearing, vision, prescriptions,
hospitalizations and more), social and home care
services for seniors with complex medical issues.
Participants also enjoy transportation, nutritious
meals, and a full range of therapies and activities.
