UPMC/Jefferson Regional Home Health provides
quality compassionate care for patients from newborns
to adults. Our Staff develops individualized treatment
plans unique to each patient's condition, social
situation and level of recovery. Nurses and Therapists
are available seven days a week to provide assess -
ments and timely interventions. Specialty nurses focus
on patient education, medications and symptom self-
