New LifeStyles' Community Checklist When calling or visiting a prospective Independent Living, Retirement, Assisted Living, Nursing or Alzheimer's community, this checklist helps to ensure that you ask the necessary questions, allows you to keep notes and makes it easy to compare those being considered. Simply place a check mark in the boxes to the right if the service or feature applies to that community.
