Alpha Omega Hospice is
a ministry of care and compassion for those who are
facing the final stages of an
illness–by providing physical, emotional and spiritual
care. During this time the emphasis is on comfort.
Our team develops a care plan to meet each individual's
specific needs. Members of our staff make regular
visits to assess your loved one and provide additional
care and services related to the hospice diagnosis.

Hospice is a philosophy of care, which enables
patients and their families to make choices about care
in life's final stage. Patient and family needs are met,
using a team approach. Christian Care Hospice Team
consist of physicians, nurses, social worker, therapists,
dietician, chaplain, bereavement counselor, and
volunteers. Our professionals schedule visits based on
the needs of the patients. Hospice nurses are on call
24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer questions and
address any concerns with our patients.
