recruitment and placement
agency for home
caregivers. We recruit, interview, screen and ensure
caregivers are Registered Home Care Aides. Once a
suitable caregiver is identified, the caregiver becomes
an employee of the client. You can agree on the
caregiver's hourly rate and the hours/shifts that work
for you both. We charge the client a referral/finder's
fee. The negotiated cost of services is often signifi -
cantly less than what you pay through an Agency.
