Memorial City Health and Rehab is a 187-bed,
24-hour long term and skilled nursing care in the
Spring Branch and West Houston area. We offer
compas sion ate care by highly skilled staff, which
includes a full-time nurse practitioner. We provide
long-term care, express rehab recovery and therapies
that include Speech, Physical, and Occupational.
We offer our patients the ability to utilize our
transitional apartment prior to going home as well
as offering outpatient therapies for after care. In
promoting health and longevity we are a non-
smoking facility.
