Pepita Cottage is located off La Paz in a beautiful
park setting. It is designed to meet the needs of older
adults in the middle to late stages of their dementia.
Pepita cottage offers all of Irvine Cottages
specialties: Music, Art, Aroma, Exercise programs
and excellent nursing care. Daily walks and Bingo
are a big hit in the Pepita Cottage.
As with all of the cottages, Mission Viejo has new
bidet toilets to help prevent urinary tract infections.
It also has the "living air" system. All staff has
received training from Alzheimer's Orange County
and has weekly training by a nurse administrator.
