The Health Services Center at Presbyterian Village is
a licensed skilled nursing facility. For individuals
being discharged from a hospital, we provide
rehabilitative nursing care and therapies to promote
recovery and return to previous living arrangements.
For those with a need for ongoing assistance, we
provide nursing care and a wide variety of services
designed to promote independence and quality of life.
Our secure Special Care Unit is available for those
with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
