The Kensington Falls
Church offers two
neighborhoods for seniors
with memory loss,
meeting the unique needs
of our residents. We encourage families and friends to
meet around our table with complimentary all-day
dining. Compassionate care managers and a dedi-
cated team of LPN's ensure each resident's highest
quality of life as they age in place. Various resources,
including monthly support groups and community
partnerships, provide education and care for families
to help them navigate each family's journey.

Greenspring's memory care neighborhood
features all private residences and inclusive rates.
Our holistic assessment creates an individualized
service plan that enables us to provide person-
centered care and develop programs that focus on
each resident's unique strengths, preferences and
abilities. The neighborhood is purposefully
designed to encourage socialization and
independence including an enclosed fresh air porch,
inviting common spaces, and visual wayfinding
ques. Good news is that you don't have to already
live at Greenspring to move to our memory care
neighborhood.
