Rehabilitation with care plans based on a holistic
assessment of each guest. Physical, speech, and
occupational therapists are employees of Eagle's
Trace and specialize in treating older adults.
Our integrated health and wellness model means
you can seamlessly transition to outpatient
rehabilitation (if appropriate) when your post-acute
therapy is complete. Private suites feature in-room
dining, an abundance of light, and a full bathroom.
