Colonial Gardens is a
small, homelike residence
that is designed
exclusively for Seniors
with Alzheimer's and
other related memory impairments. Our expansive
properties include large, shaded back yards and
gardens that eliminate the feel of a "secured
community." With 20 residents maximum per
building, we are able to personalize each Resident's
care plan according to their individual needs and
abilities whilst encouraging independence and
participation.

We have been a pioneer from
