Daughters of Miriam Center is a
state-of-the-art long-term care and
subacute facility providing broad-
based services to seniors. The
Continuum of Care facility includes
a subacute care wing, memory care
pavilion, medical rehabilitation
program, respite program, hospice
care, and independent living apartment building.
The Center offers 24-hour medical coverage and an
activities-based care model. Activities are driven by
individual needs and interests and provide physical,
cognitive, and creative stimulation.
