Daughters of Miriam Center is a state-of-the-art
long-term care and subacute facility providing
broad-based services to seniors. The Continuum of
Care facility includes a subacute care unit, dementia
care pavilion, medical rehabilitation program,
respite program, hospice care, sheltered workshop
and an independent living apartment building.
The Center offers 24-hour medical coverage and an
activities-based care model. Activities are driven by
individual needs and interests of the residents and
are designed to provide emotional, physical,
cognitive, creative and spiritual stimulation.
