Southgate is a special-care,
skilled-nursing unit that offers
behavior management and care
for adults who have behavioral
disturbances associated with
dementia and other illnesses.
Behavior management modifies severe behavioral
disturbances such as combative, disruptive, and
disturbing conduct. Southgate's environment is
