Longstreet Cottage # 1 is the first Irvine Cottage
dedicated in 1996 in loving memory to Dr.
DuPont's Grandfather. Our house manager has an
excellent team dedicated to loving, compassionate
care! Cottage I has all of Irvine Cottages special
programs: Art, Music, Exercise and Aroma Therapy.
Our nurse executive director and psychiatric nurse
visit daily for excellent nursing care. Furthermore,
all of our staff has been trained by Alzheimer's
Orange County. Monthly care plans are sent to
resident's families. Celebrating 22 years of service!

Porter Cottage has been offering excellent care
giving to residents with Alzheimer's disease for
over 21 years. Our current staff has been with
Porter Cottage for over 8 years! Our team, Marie
and Gerry offer special "One of a kind" activities!
You will find them singing, dancing and enjoying
life with every resident. Porter also has a beautiful
yard with a lovely patio! Alzheimer's Orange
County has trained all of our staff on the "Correct
and kind" approach to the disease.
