Our Day Support Center
is a community-based
facility that provides
services to the disabled,
chronically ill, frail, and
elderly, as well as participants diagnosed with
Alzheimer's disease. Our enrolled individuals have
access to services that they need through activities
that support each person as a unique individual
during their time at the center. 3,800 sq. ft of service
space able to render daily services that meet the
requirements of a therapeutic setting.

occasional breaks for home-
based caregivers, spouses, and
adult children. Participation in
our weekday care model
alleviates social isolation, fosters feelings of
belonging, and encourages active engagement with
