The Westbury Place is committed to excellence in
Nursing Care in an elegant and peaceful setting.
We also offer a special care unit where per sonal
freedom is emphasized in a structured, loving
environment. Our care team includes Physical and
Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapist, Dietitian,
Social Worker, Activities Director, RN's, LVN's and
CNA's. In consultation with the family, our team
asses ses each resident's condition to design a care
program based on specific needs. Our goal is to
increase and maintain each resident's level of
independence.
