Park was established in
April 2018 as a
specialized treatment
center for adults 18 and
older, who have emotional, behavioral and/or
substance abuse concerns. An affiliate of Millwood
Hospital, The Excel Center Willow Park is a short-
term, outpatient treatment alternative in a less
restrictive environment, offering partial
hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive
outpatient programs (IOP), Monday through Friday,
in our freestanding outpatient facility.
