ACTIVE ADULT COMMUNITY Usually hospital-based programs that provide a range of geriatric psychiatric or mental health services in either an in-patient or outpatient basis. BEHAVIORAL HEALTH Continuing Care Retirement Community. Combine indepen dent living, assisted living and nursing in a single setting. Normally requiring an entry fee, offering a living unit, meals, and health care, up to the nursing level.
